I signed up with USAFIS a few days ago. I was fully informed that the service was in the form of assistance only and not a Green Card guarantee. It was clearly explained to me that the Green Card Lottery is not guaranteed by USAFIS.

I asked if I can cancel to Usafis service and she told me "

For more information please contact your credit card company or bank.

I think is not just a fraud but a real crime!
