Hi my account was deactivated by usbank reliacard when asked to verify I sent in all documents ss#,birth certificate,bank statements with address on there, ID, including head of household wrote a letter and sent Id called twc was told nothing is wrong with my account no verification holds or anything usbank deactivated my account without notification on dec.20, 2020 I didn’t find out until I tried to pay my light bill I have been sending documents for two weeks now if anyone at usbank relia card can help contact me at 4093494023 I called several times and all I have gotten was a run around 3-5 business day which went to 10 business days my funds are held on my card of 1,344.00 all because lack of communication representative can’t do anything supervisor can’t do anything it’s a disgrace

USbank reliacard has deactivated my account since Dec. 29, 2020 did not even contact me I had to find out once my unemployment funds hit my account I have sent in all documents from my s.s#, birth certificate, bank account where they can see my address, 3 selfie’s, after that was done was told the person I live with to write a letter and send her I.d since she’s head of household every time I call it’s wait 3-5 business days, called back was told 10 business days can someone help me reactivate my card so that I can get my funds from out of this bank I also contact TWC which told me they do not have any verification holds my account is good on there end it’s a disgrace anyone has to go through this to get there own funds I have bills to pay and a family to feed can someone reach out from usbank reliacard to help reactivate my card I have sent all documents 4093494023 representatives tell you anything to get you off the phone supervisors don’t have a clue of what’s going on it’s sad
