I am starving to death and can’t pay my bills because usbank has over $400 dollars of my unemployment money on a debit card that I didn’t even know was issued that was attached to a old unemployment claim back in 2012 that they just assumed I had so they didn’t issue me a new card with my new claim due to the Corona 19 virus it has taken me over 2 weeks to get threw too this bank with being on hold daily for anywhere from 4-12 hours per day that would end with being hung up on when I finally got threw to them to ask for a new card like unemployment told me too do after they updated my address in the computer for the bank I was told that I had to wait 5 business days from the time that unemployment did this update and then I had to fax a copy of a current drivers license with that address on it to verify my address that has already been updated in there system then I had to wait for it to be processed and then after that I could call back and ask for a new card to be mailed to me too the address that they already have I. There system that would take another 7-10 business days so that a total of over another 3-5 weeks to get my money when she could of just did it wile I was already on the phone with her why was I never informed that I needed to save a card or that I was being mailed this card back in 2018 when they took over unemployment payments when I didn’t even have a active claim at that time they need to be sued and held accountable for playing with people’s lives and money this is unfair and unjust to the American people
