I had to get assistance from a friend concerning my dilemma of fraudulent activity regarding my bank card. I needed to know their email address because the person assisting me said it can be used as a legal document in a court of law but NO EMAIL ADDRESS EXIST to contact this agency. Someone made a password and uses/attempts to use the new card sent and I can not get into my own account to withdraw my funds, This is the second time and second card i have received and am having the same problem with. My name is Richard Chenevert and spoke to a customer service representative numerous times to no avail. I should not have to continue asking and searching for their email address when I know professionally, legally and ethically that it is required by workers to give to their customers. I have written out a detailed account outlining the specific actions/events surrounding my case with still no email address to submit it to. I will of course use regular mail also eventhough it is very time consuming and archaic ,,,,hence the reason for new technology updating communications at laser speed to replace the antiquated systems of a bygone era of the past. The Better Business Bureau of Louisiana will also receive a full fledge complaint. which will also be sent to your agency accompanied by a confirmation number.
