I have tried everything to contact a customer service representative. I am unable to get email alerts restored. And I have been having trouble with DECLINES when there is plenty of money in my my account. Also a am unable to access on line account. This has . Help me please this has been going on for months. I have been trying to get my usbank reliacard activated since August 2020. my unemployment money is sent to usbank relia card and usbank relia card sent me a reliacard to be able to draw my unemployment money. I have done everything reliacard asked me to do to get my relia card activated and show my new address i faxed a copy of my utility bill showing my new address.I also faxed a enlargement of my oregon id, to the fax number that reliacard gave me 844-748-7428. a couple months back i talked to the employment office and told the worker about the dozen or more times i faxed the info to reliacard and they would not activate my card, the empoyment worker said he would send me a new card. i got the card then contacted usbank reliacard and they still wouldnt activate my new card. i started faxing reliacard the info they requested twice in the morning i have a stack of fax conformations to reliacard. if the person that reviews this complaint about reliacard can pervide me a fax number i will fax a stack of fax confermations showing that relia card recieved the faxes and copies of the information i faxed to reliacard.
i get angered that that they have $1,500.10 dollars of mine and wont release it to me . Please help me Brian Clevenger, 2068 L st Springfield ,oregon 97477 541-606-1863. i have been trying since August 2020 till now to get my money
