Have not received my card every time they put you on hold for hours they just hang up,like to get my money

I understand that Reliacard has lot to do but when they put you on hold for hours at a time then hangs up on you it's its aggravating,I like for my card be delivered I have bills to pay and can't talk to anyone,please help
