I joined USCT in 2009 and have been debitted monthtly of $150.00. I had some procedures done in 2010 that have not been paid and the monthly debit is still occurring. I was told in November 2011 when I first starting receiving my bills that the company was currently in a lawsuit and they are unsure as to when the bills will be paid, but the monthly fee is still being accessed. I want my all my monthly fees refunded back to me which amounts to over $6, 000. I have currently discontinued my services with them and now looking for a law suit to pend upon them.

I hope to at least get my Dr. and ER visits paid for. It was on Sept when I first contacted my Attorneys office about the problems I was encountering due to $8, 000.00 in bills not being paid. They were very interested in my case.I was #5 at the time for last year.Maybe your state can assign someone to you. I have a non-profit law office helping me, in wich they directed me to.
