Customer 9781323 a few year of good service but attempted to leave the service b abuse I was moving to another country but no way to cancel I attempted my phone told system was down have to call back emailed zero response wrote to them have been told the letter was not actioned in time but also would state when letter arrived dispite confirmation states they received in time absolute shocking lack of support so because your not intrested in support I won't be comming back also my family have all attempted to cancel there accounts bolt a few where sucsessful last year you agreed not to auto renew my account but did but the agreement was cancelled with PayPal after you wouldn't cancel what a joke of a company you stop responding when it suits you and for this you lost many account I would have been returning once I had moved but at this stage you have forwarded the case to debt collection after not calling me to discuss the matter not once you refused to speak to someone I gave you permission to talk to I decided to send the case dispite is still being discussed I've heard nothing for over two months now it's with debt collectors I am willing to discuss this matter I have emailed notice@usenext.de and it just gets forwarded to another address so it would seem like ever more misinformation is published if you actually do care about customer service them make contact with me I have spent far too much time and money making contact with you .
