I have repeatedly tried to cancel my subscription both through the button and through customer support ( Customer Support will not let me lodge a complaint as it wont accept my logon details, even though they are valid) I really need to cancel my subscription please.
My customer number is - 10321262

so you even have an email working i have been sending like 10 emails, send cancel form and call but cannot join no one keep saying invalide username

I am not impressed with the service and am considering launching a police report for fraud myself.

Do you even have a mail box working you never ever reply any of the 10 mail i had send and web form to cancel.
