I absolutely do not respect or appreciate in any way shape or form how this organization does business! Its unethical, sneaky, and scandalous. You claim that you want to help us(the people) but do the total opposite! I demand my money back! Asap! You literally are taking the only money i have to eat and live on ! Taking it all. The person i talked to informed me of 3 payments yes, but not 3 payments of 199.99! I was told 3 payments totalling 199.99. And when i didnt have 199.99 on my card they then proceeded to charge my card in smaller increments until they had every dollar in my account! What is wrong with you people?

I was told my loans would be forgiven and would not have to make any payments due to I receive social security. I am still paying my student loan. They got my 600 $ and disappeared.
