I'd verification

I have uploaded my ID verification 4 times and still have not had my issue resolved there are unauthorized transactions for the whole month of November as well I talked to some of their so called customer service representatives and they do not help at all. I haven't gotten my last 6 almost 7 checks because of this crap and I want it fixed
