But with Truworths at Vaal mall i find very difficult because they refused to exchange for her and she had slip and card, it was not like she is buying on my name but only exchanging shoes that i bought her and they were big so he called me telling me that they refuse to exchange for her and I spoke with the manager on the phone but still he couldn't assist me as a manager, i had to go to Vaal mall yesterday and i didn't get the size if they had assisted my sister i would't had to do so much effort, i was very disappointed with the service i got there because the service was not good at all .
