My husband and I had made reservations in Branson, Mo. for a seven day stay through International Travel Solutions. Meanwhile, I fell and broke my leg 4 weeks before we were to arrive ,and my doctor wouldn't let me travel , which I had documention of. I began calling ITS and letting them know about my situation and was wondering if they could change our reservations to March 2018, and I was told they would need to check with their supplier to see if the Hotel would have rooms available., and it might take a week or so to find out what they could do. Meanwhile, I called the hotel myself and was told they should have rooms available. I waited for ITS to call me back and I never heard from them, so I called them, and was told the same thing I was told before! Needless, to say I wasn't happy! Meanwhile, I called again and the young lady I spoke too begin to tell me this booking was non refundable, which I was aware of, but in my opinion when an accident occurs and all you want to do is change your date it shouldn't be a problem if you're an ethical business, and a member of their club. Also, I spoke to two different managers when I called reservations and got No help! Long story short after many calls they wouldn't change our date or refund our money and they passed the buck onto the Hotel blaming them, which was a bald face lie! Also, I've never found a corporate office are phone number to complain too, every number I was given was reservations! Without a doubt, I would not think about joining this club as they're liars, cheats and very uncaring! I plan on canceling our membership first thing Monday morning!
