Rented a home through the VacationRental's website. After sending my deposit to the owner and talking to him I became suspicious . After I confirmed on my own that he did not own the property and had hacked into an owners site on VacationRentals I contacted this company. THey will not talk to anyone, only a recording that refers you to their website complaint. I have sent various emails, no response. I am out $1500, time and ruined vacation
