I also have been scammed by Vallarta Gardens. They will not pay the money they owe, have told me numerous contradictions, made excuse after excuse.

I’m with everyone else about filing a civil suit, if that’s even possible in Mexico.

Our sales people were Alahin and Pilar. The marketing company on our contract is Capital Marketing. We bought ours in April 2023. We only have one year to file any complaints against them. PROFECO is who you can file paperwork with. I’m going to attach all these complaints with my paperwork.
