Got this $25 gift card for Christmas 2020.. When I tried to use it, I was told it was not valid. I called the company in April or May about card not having the $25.00 on it. I was told that they had deactivated the card because some merchant had been robbed and they thought my card may have been part of the robbery. I was told by the Vanilla gift card agent that I would receive another card in 30 days. No card came. I called again in June and was told the card had been sent ,but they would send another one and to give it 30 more days. Nothing came. I called in July and the Vanilla card agent told me she could activate the card I had and would do so immediately. I asked her twice are you sure this card will work. She said yes that the card was activated and ready for use. On August 4th at Kentucky fried chicken in Sacramento, CA. the card was turned down again. Again I called Vanilla Gift card only to be told that another card would be mailed out in 30 business days. I don't believed them any more. I want the $25.00 that belongs to me.
