I am neutral on this, I did at one time send them an e-mail and after a day did call them on the phone. They were very nice and didn't bite my head off. After I took care of the problem on the phone, they did answer my e-mail... so I really cant say much on this subject.
The reason I am posting a comment or should I say more like a question, has anyone had any issues with the filter part of the eciggs getting hot when you draw on them? The other thing is, I only have their starter kit and have been using it for the last 2 1/2 days on & off. I have found that since I have been using their product that every morning when I wake up, I have sores in my mouth. Today I woke up with a fat lip??? Whats the deal about this???? I didn't have anything sore wise until I have been using their product, HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE HOT FILTER OR SORES IN YOUR MOUTH??? Please advise...
