I attempted to reserve "Cozy Comfortable Galveston Home" in Galveston, Tx; Rental Number: 3850705ha, Customer Number: 681894. Payments from two different cards/banks did not go through on the online portal, so I called customer service to complete the reservation over the phone. I could not understand the customer service representative, who later identified herself as "Nadine" and asked to speak to someone else that could help me. She spoke over me and informed me that there was no other representative that could help me, despite hearing numerous different voices in the background. She stated that she works at a call reserve center so I will hear other people to which I responded then it should not be an issue to speak to one of them. She again stated this was not possible (I think). I asked to speak to a manager and she stated she didn't have one available at this time. I said I would wait. She then starting speaking in a rant I didn't understand. I told her this and she kept talking over me. After she finished her speech I again asked for someone I could understand. She said no one would help me. I then asked for her name, which she gave. I asked her for her last name and she hung up on me. Now no one is answering my return phone call... 6 minutes 30 seconds of waiting for someone to answer.
