BILLED more than once

purchase of Small Currency Pack via Vbucks through http://epicgames.com has been billed twice on two occasions.

The merchant has a no refund policy.

The Payment was made via paypal but was unauthorised. Because there was a tracking number supplied for goods not received paypal will not honour a refund.

This is an absolute disgrace and the electronic handling system is a joke.
