First time RV buyers May 2021. We were offered a free stay at Arrowhead to listen to what they said was information on places to go & stay with our RV. It was a huge sales pitch. We ended up purchasing on the basis that it was easy to walk away from if we changed our minds was not told YOU HAVE 3DAYS ONLY TO CANCEL. Our RV is 42ft long & we have a F450 dully big truck. We told them all of this & was told we would have not have issue at all & everywhere we have tried to go they put us in a spot we cannot fit into we have to spend hours trying to find a different spot. We end up settling for the best we can fit in. We tell them everytime we can't have huge trees that will scratch or tear our roof yet they put us there any way. The campgrounds are dirty, most spots do not have concrete pads.
I tried to call within 2 weeks of signing left several messages was hung up on or redirected someone else when I tell them I want to cancel this then ignored.
I finally 4 months later spoke to a sales manager who basically said she will talk to the board but we are pretty much stuck for the next 10yrs & have yearly fees on top of the 10,000 we paid.
She stated she would get back with me a week later after labor day was over yet it is Sept. 20th & still have not heard back.
Horrible experience & nothing but lies.
