We bought a brand new 42ft 5th wheel in May 2021. In our packet was Arrowhead venture out resorts for a free stay. Stating we had to go to a presentation on all the different places they could direct us to stay. Which was a sales pitch to buy into their program. We ended up spending $10,000. As they lied and said it is very easy to get out of at anytime they buy back regularly if we are unhappy. All lies you have 3days to cancel (which is insane u can't even try anything out in that time) I thought it was 30days called in 2 weeka to try to get my money back when we had 5 places that couldn't get us in. I was hung up in several times redirected when I told them why I was calling & not called back. We told them how big our rv is & how large are truck is. We even had a problem getting into their place they said their bldg a bigger better area that we will fit in would be done by the end of summer it is not. Every place in Michigan we have stayed the site they put us on was to small tons of trees that would damage our rv would take hours for them to find us a decent spot that we would fit in. Most all if these places are run down dirty. I finally got a call back when I threatened to file a lawsuit. Sales manager called me said there is nothing she can do she would approach the board & tell them my concerns never heard back from her after. NOTHING BUT A SCAM
