This is regarding Hard Pull done by Verizon on Dec 18 2015 and Dec 19, 2015. I had recently come to USA and I had applied for Verizon Broadband. Since it is was a broadband connection for which I was anyway going to pay the monthly bills and I did not ask for any credits, I donot know why did Verizon did Hard Pull on my Credit History.

They never ever told me that they are going to do a Hard Pull of Credit report. Also they never communicated that the credit check (which is hard pull) will impact my credit history. It is highly irresponsible and unfair on behalf of Verizon and these credit pulls have bring down my credit score substantially.

I need these Hard Pulls to be removed from my credit history as these have been made without my acknowledgement and agreement.
