I purchased two cell phones from Costco and I was told I had a rebate. I sent both rebates in and received one. I was told I was no longer eligible for this rebate because I sent in the paperwork late. I did not! I sent it in and asked them over and over for a reply and nothing... This is quite disappointing, I feel like it was a scam. Shame on you Verizon 😝

i, bough 3 cell phones @ costco from verizon on 9/04/15 and was offered a rebate of $600.00 about a month later i received $200.00 . the other rebates (200 per ph.) never came.i contacted this people 9 times. once they were sending me a e.mail.never,then they could not find a supervisor to override whatever. never last time the ""gentleman "" told me --forget it this is to old.I am been a member of costco for -30- years, and very surprised that costco do not keep tabs, on the crooks they "house"or is it verizon Stewart lee or csstco OR ALL OF THEM?? Bought 2 phones at Verizon kiosk in Costco. 5 months later and still no rebate. Both parties point finger at each other, and show no eagerness to help me through this.. I've been scammed before and this is definitely a scam. Cancelling Verizon and Costco today. I expect Verizon to rip people off but I never expected Costco to stoop to these levels. Oh well , all good things must come to and end. Besides, Smart and Final has everything I need anyways.. Shame on you Costco!!!
