I have seen my Verizon dsl speed dropping from 760 Kb per second to sometimes like 60 Kb/sec.
At the same time my Verizon going from $87.xx to $107.xx per month. I takes me one hour to download 1.0 GB of any content.
This horrible situation happened when Verizon gave up on providing email services to its clients almost a year, ago.
Verizon has built a FIOS System in New York. However it is discriminating against some ereas in Bronx.
I called Verizon tech support without success.
Verizon should not be given the authorization to build the FIOS system, alone. NY should have created a consortium of more than two companies in order to invest and build the system. As a customer I lose big time!
