The following is a complaint I filed with the Patient Advocate Office on 12/18/2019 at the Southern Arizona Veteran Administration Health Care System, Tucson, AZ. In the event I am met with violence I want other organizations to be aware of the Deliberate Indifference treatment at this V A Campus. Please help if you can.

Ms. Mcmanaman,
A V. A. Employee, Robert Whiting, whom I am sure you're aware of is the reason I declined to go to my eye clinic appointment last week. I had a total recall of how badly my lens subscription was sabotaged last year, causing enhanced headaches.
It is my contention Mr. Whiting illegal/unconstitutional conduct have been sabotaging my constitutional right(s) to use the Southern Arizona Veteran Admin Health Care System (SAVAHCS) since I first began participated in the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Program in 2013.
I once said I don't throw stone for stone meaning I don't react to evil with evil, but the time has come Ms. Manaman to ask whom ever have the power, to reel Mr. Whiting in and hold him responsible for his conduct as a responsible V. A. Employee.
Last year I blamed a dead man, Mr. Gene F. Ruley, for sabotaging my appointment(s) with Dr. Kim in 2018 when all the time it was Robert Whiting and why, because of some crap that happened five to six years earlier.
I'm tired of being mistreated as I am sure other Vets as well, on and off campus.
It is my contention Mr. Whiting's conduct was borne in part from a confidential conversation I had with a Ph D Sandra Gallagher concerning inappropriate behavior by a Ph D Michael Moore, (FONDLING HIMSELF IN MY PRESENCE) (OF an OLD MAN).
Had Dr. Gallagher gone the proper route instead of spreading my confidential conversation with her as work place gossip my illegal/unconstitutional treatment would not have influenced Case Manager Anne Bissell to falsely advise me I was no longer eligible for the HUD-VASH Program in 2016 and then convince me to allow her to drop me from her case load. Also, because of Ms. Bissell misinformation I would not have allowed HSL Property Manager at River Oaks Apt to bilk me out of $400 plus; Plus, Ph D Nadine C. Cole would not have given me wrong times for her class or disrespected me in her class. Dr. Cole ask me what I expected to get out of her class and I stated, "PEACE OF MIND", AND SHE REPEATED "PEACE OF MIND", SARCASTEDLY.
It is further my contention; I am being grossly mistreated within the community I choose to reside in because of mishandled information by the afore-mentioned people.
So, where do we go from here? I think you know I am speaking the truth!!
