This is my second round of signing up at VI Fitness in Langford and I really should have listened to my gut and not done it. Low and behold I got laid off from work and can no longer afford to keep the membership. NOT only am I told there's nothing they can do, I am threatened with collections. I have been a member off and on for 4+ years and I am very frustrated with how I am treated. I have not gone since October and I cannot afford to keep it. Their unwillingness to even try to help me very apparent. I also had recently a payment go through my bank yet I still had them call me saying it didn't go through. Seriously people...get your shit together.
Looks like collections is gonna gain another innocent hard working (when I am) person because people like VI Fitness can't be bothered to work with people.
It's a shame...I really did love that gym.
