I purchased 27 personal training sessions from VI fitness and for three months had difficulty booking times with a female trainer because they were understaffed. I would get " I only have a spot available at 7 am or 5 pm... Never accommodating my time. I was called on a Sunday afternoon by someone at the Shelbourne location asking if I was happy with the service... Um no. I asked if it was possible to get my money back since there were no female personal trainers available and was told I'd be called By Tuesday with an answer... Tuesday came and went ... No phone call... So I waited until 4 pm Wednesday to call and was told someone would call right back. No call back... I called back and spoke to an incredibly rude assistant manager who offered to train me... Ya ok I want to train with a rude bitch?! No thanks! I asked if I could contact head office my self and was told no they don't let their customers phone head office. I asked when I could expect an answe as to when I can get a refund and was told 2 weeks! I asked why so long and she told me.. "Well you never actually asked for a refund... You asked if it was possible to get a refund" I said same thing isn't it? " No it isn't"... Huh? Then I said you have terrible customer service and I do not like your attitude ... SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! This was the assistant manager!!! I am reporting them to the BBB and am going on Facebook and Twitter.... I want my money back!!!!!!!
