This my videocon customer id 188738158 I have been using D2H of videocon and service is very pathetic i have been using it since 3 years from dec 2015 and from last june 2018 i am facing problems like i have opted Sports pack and then irrespective of any weather no other channels are shown be it star plus, Life ok,or similar channels to them, even a month before every channel was being telecasted but it is since few weeks now even few movie channels are also been stopped from being telecast as i have made complaint through customer care every time when i make call to customer irrespective of understanding my problem, the executive there ask me for inspection through engineer but it always happens then channels use to get telecasted soon after this but this has now irritated me and i am looking forward to disconnect the D2h service because now i feel what i am paying for useless
