My son tried on several occasions to cancel Viking Magazine in 2018? He sent a letter to The BBB in late November early December of 2018. The BBB stated that they contacted Viking Magazines; however, the magazines keep arriving? Viking Magazine was charging almost one thousand dollars for a twenty-two month magazine subscription?

I called to cancel my viking magazine account due to family situations that are uncontrollable by any human being. Thus, after telling Mr. Robert Cruise my situation I was followed with negative comments about what I should or should not have bought in the first place. I wasn't aware that Viking Magazine had a counseling board that I had to go through just for me to finally have my request finalized. The level of disrespect and unprofessional service was more than enough for me. They hassle you with numerous calls from three different people just to convince anyone to buy into this scam of a company. I asked to speak with higher authority but unfortunately Mr. Robert Cruise implemented with aggression that he's the only manager for viking magazine. So in other words if anyone is planning to cancel just be sure to know that for now Mr. Cruise will be giving life lessons before hand.

Started out with me supposedly winning an I pad air. And a shopping gift card just to answer some questions. Well after talking to three different people for over thirty mins then settled even though I couldn't process what I agreed to because I was driving. Found it odd he wanted my social security number. It was recorded and he asked me several times if I knew the amount n how long atleast four times. I was preoccupied with driving and tired of talking to these people. I tried calling back after I realized it had already been posted as pending on my checking account that day when it shouldn't come out till the June 30, 2016. And I knew I couldn't afford it. Tried to cancel right away but it just kept ringing so contacted Arvest and was told to send back magazines if I did receive them and go from there. These people lire you in with free stuff and completely try to cover their asses. Weird first two people are giving you free stuff and those calls weren't recorded. I want my refund and any overdraft fees I get considering they wouldn't answer and I haven't received any form of contact in over about a week. No email or phone call. No gifts. This shouldn't be legal to do. They should be sued. Being a single mom of three living off 1600 a month trying to build my credit and over drafting because of crap like this is just ridiculous.

Everything was going fine I was paying them monthly and I was receiving my magazines I agreed to a $30 plan. After about 6 months they called me in to renew. So I figured it was time to renew but they actually tricked me into making two different payments at one time telling me it would save me money in the long run even though I told them I didn't want to spend more money.

I had a subscription with them for about 6 months. Everything was going fine. Then I got a phone call about renewing my subscription. I figured that my old one was up and it was time to renew. Boy i was I wrong. Even though I stated in the conversation that I did not wish to pay any more money monthly. I was reassured that I wasn't. Then I received a call telling me that I owed a payment of an amount that was $55 greater than what I was paying. They said that they have you renew early so you get a cheaper rate. I think it's just because they are GREEDY! They should have left it alone and been satisfied with what I was paying them. Hi am very disappointed in this company after it is all said and done. So I guess my advice is... Don't renew untill you know your time is up unless you can afford to pay more.

I just received my paper work for my magazine subscription.
As I can see it's saying I have to pay. $49.90 Per month.
Which is now $449.10 for the nine month period.
No no no no. I was told it was going to be $ 48.90 for the whole 9
Months. Not per month. At first it was to be around $12.00
And some change.. If I could afford $2.95 to pay for mag.
I would get them a the store. I don't make enough to pay that per month.
Every 9 months yes. Well worth it . What the bIg bargain
At the price there asking. Oh yes the gifts and a tablet and money.
If you win. .No I am cancelling. I can aford this.
