While billionaiare Richard Branson tries to show how great he is by giving money away to worthy causes, his company keeps the money of the little people who make the mistake of purchasing tickets, even business class tickets, then try to change dates or get a refund. Totally unprofessional and unexpected conduct.

I paid US$4800 for a business class ticket then personal problems along with an irregulat heartbeat verified by a physician prevented my travel. I wasted hours and hours on the phone arguing with Virgin ATlantic, who insisted on keeping my money. Their alternative routes are few and I could not change. In the end I lost all my money. In 20 years of flying I havd never seen anything like it, especially business class. Greedy greedy bastards.
