Terrible customer service

I bought a Virgin Mobile Iphone and was told it would be set up w/in two-hours. Guess what it was not. I called the next day and after nearly one and a half-hours was told a supervisor would call you back. The supervisor called me back and said it would be ready within four-hours. It was not, the next day, I called again and told 48-72 hrs and that they would notify me when ready. No call came, I sent Virgin Mobile several e-mails and for all of the time that I have wasted with them they are offering me a $10.00 credit. I told them that it is an insult for the time that I have spent on this project and their response is we can only offer you $10.00. If this is good customer service then I am very sad.

terrible customer service

my daughter called to inquire about a charge on her credit card from virgin mobile the rep took it upon herself to send it to fraud even after my daughter called back to say the charge was for my internet service it took over 10 days for me to get my service back on at least 120 calls my daughter has the name and id of 27 customer service reps including supervisors these people are idiots and they must make 1.00 per hour more than what they are worth this company should be shut down or they should retrain and look for someone else more qualified to run this company plus my daughter had to spend money to fax them copy of her id and cc card numerous of time and they would not credit us for the time lost . terrible dont use this company ever.

terrible customer service

omg this is happening to me today! they are telling me the same thing and its annoying. they said once i sent the information in they would turn my phone on. i cant believe they didnt credit you back! ill be sure to complain some more for u!

constant problems with cust serv, web site, devices

I just contacted their customer service about the Assurance Wireless phone I have. The battery will not hold a charge. The customer service representative told me they could send me out a new phone and charger, but I would have to put the old battery from my old phone in the new phone. So, pretty much I will getting a spanking new pretty phone, from which I will have same problems as the old one, because a new battery will not come with the New Phone, this is a huge OXYMORON. Worst part of all this, the customer service representative did not get what I was trying to explain to her. Come on people, wake the hell up. What good is a new phone to me, if I have to use the old battery, which don't work in the first place.
