I have worked in this Virtual Calibre MSC Sdn Bhd more than two years. In my 10 years of consulting career, never seen such a worst company. I strongly recommend not to join this company for all the people who read this blog. They will try to fool the consultants by saying that we provide accommodation and everything. But they will cut down your salary more than the benefits what they give you. They will give NOC only when your contract doesn't extended & when they are unable to put you in another project. Otherwise you can never get NOC from them even though you serve your notice period properly. I have already raised a complaint to Malaysian Immigration Department & following up to take an action on them. Another important thing is that when you move out of the company, they will always try to find various ways/reasons to deduct from your last month salary. Many consultants got only half month salary & some consultants completely lost their last month salary. Hence anyone wants joins this company, he/she should consider all the above points before goahead.
