OUR RESPONSE :

We have not blackmailed or jeopardized any consultant career. The allegations are baseless as when Virtual Calibre cancels the visa physically the online cancellation is also done automatically.

If a consultant has been terminated by the client due to attitude issue or performance issue Virtual Calibre cannot be blamed. From the nature of the complaint we can identify who is this consultant. This consultant was terminated by the client due to his non-performance and attitude. He has been complaining to various authorities and to the client themselves and the client has done a thorough enquiry and found all his allegations are false.

We will be forced to lodge a complaint with cyber security of Malaysia for lodging false complaints with false mail ids with the intent of tarnishing our image and reputation.

Worked at Virtual Calibre MSC Sdn Bhd from 2015 to 2018. Many consultants got only half month salary & some consultants completely lost their last month salary. Hence anyone wants joins this company, he/she should consider all the above points before goahead. They will try to fool the consultants by saying that we provide accommodation and everything. But they will cut down your salary more than the benefits what they give you. They will give NOC only when your contract doesn't extended & when they are unable to put you in another project. Otherwise you can never get NOC from them even though you serve your notice period properly. I have already raised a complaint to Malaysian Immigration Department & following up to take an action on them. Another important thing is that when you move out of the company, they will always try to find various ways/reasons to deduct from your last month salary. In my 8 years of consulting career, never seen such a worst company. I strongly recommend not to join this company for all the people who read this blog.
