Your claims is totally baseless. We are known in the market for prompt payments. You claim to have worked for 3 years with us and I am surprised why you worked with us for 3 years inspite of Virtual Calibre harassing you and not paying your wages on time.

I would appreciate if you can reveal your identity so that we can be of assistance if at all there is any shortfall from our side. However we would like to mention that as on today we don’t owe a penny to any one and also have never stopped giving NOC to anyone who has left us properly.

Hi NCCF,

Virtual Calibre msc sdn bhd blackmails its employees and jeopardizes their carrier by not releasing the employees from MDEC online database. They never give the NOC as well, But even if an employee don't want NOC and completes all exit formalities they don't complete the process and keep blocking the employee in online to harass and frustrate the consultants.

They simply refuse to provide any reason and withhold the employee passport in online system so that he cannot get a new opportunity in Malaysia.

Their Visa admin staff and recruiters work as mafia and behaves like it because them IT consultants are surviving, They forget that their salary comes from the IT consultants on whom they take huge billing from clients.

I think Malaysian Immigration department & MDEC should take action on such companies and tell them to work professionally. I have all the proofs and will take legal action for their harassment .

I am surprised to find out this complaint against Virtual Calibre MSC Sdn Bhd. And i am here to agree.

There are many consultant from this company who are unable to transfer because Virtual Calibre MSC Sdn Bhd does not provide NOC, and does not cancel MDEC online registration for the employees, to those resigning employees and contract ending employees.

Sanjay_KL's allegations are true, from deploying these employees to Petronas and not providing NOC after leaving the company.

The latter response from Mathew thomas and nora@virtualcalibre are also true, there are "some" who got NOC but this is after endless arguments between the company and employee, until the employee file a law suit, so the company just give NOC for the employee not to file a case.

Majority of those who does not know the process or does not know what to do next, are not able to get NOC even if they had a clean exit from the Client itself including tax obligations.

I hope this complaint will be seen by the authorities and also the employees themselves so that they can respond here too and tell their story.

i am also a consultant under Virtual Calibre MSC Sdn Bhd by the way, and i do hear from other consultants that this issue is indeed happening.

I hope the immigration or whoever is responsible that can provide us details on the Labor Law will help these poor employees who did not do anything but provide experties but denied with their rights to transfer employment.

Referring to above complain launched by user "sanjay_kl" about our company is not appropriate and false allegations as I have enough proof and documents to validate that we do provide NOC to SAP Consultants and Recruiters upon their request when they leave the company or the projects from our clients abiding contract terms on a good note.

To further validate we had given NOC to several nationals namely VANDANA, MICHEAL, KAAN, ABRAHAM, SRIKARA, DEEPTI, RAMA etc..

Referring to the above complain by sanjay_kl, I would like to bring to the forum notice that the company refereed here is not a registered entity with our client and it should be Virtual Calibre MSC Sdn Bhd and Mr.Khalid is not the owner of the company, as such this proves to be a false allegation and wrong information posted on this forum. We have provided NOC for our consultants and our recruiters leaving the company on a good note. This is a real jeopardy and in spoiling our company name, I am taking this very seriously and asking the fake blogger to come forward with facts and figures on this wrong allegations on our company and I will be able to clarify and my mail IDD is [email protected].
