I was travelling from Bali on 29thjuly by batik air at 23:10 to kula lumpur arrival 2:10am and from Kula Lumpur on 30th departure via air Asia time at 6:05 to Kochi arrival at 7:35 with PNR :IDVT6L and from Kochi to Bangalore ,iam really disappointed that you guys have charged me INR Rs6897.87 and it's a huge amount and a con job just for changeover you charging,if I visit the country I understand you can charge but not otherwise and I was running out of time,the arrival on visa counter told me need to pay only in ringetts and I had to withdraw money and he says I can't take a flight if I don't pay for visa and I have also checked before travelling that you don't need a visa if you not getting out of the airport and I had to take a connecting flight and my duration is just for 4 hours and I didn't have the time for an argument,you have stamped me for VOA for 7 days which is not my requirement,each one at the airport have a different information.Why is immigration required while Im not getting of airport and had a connecting flight??wont a security check be enough ,also had boarding pass for my connecting flight.You guys should make things clear about visa requirements,each one of you have different information about visa,didn't have any issue while was travelling on my outward journey via Singapore and my wait time was 6 hours and I didn't require a Visa.If you guys charge a minimal amount I would have accepted you are charging thrice the amount for e-visa,such a loot and not encouraging tourism.Visa receiptno:BO4G011798.
