It has been almost 3 weeks since returning our ESS kit. We have yet to be refunded. You'll never get an answer from the 877 #, however, calling their 248-524-9520 number will gain you contact to one of their reps. Don't get too happy, this person will only tell you that they "don't know when or if you'll be given a refund." Ask to speak to a supervisor? Nope. That won't work either. Why? Because the incompetent imbeciles will refuse to let you speak to a supervisor.

Bottom line, I would like to make the trip to Minnesota and smack the crap out of their entire customer service department. I hate I ever went through with this Visalus crap!
