Myself Shilpa Das, I have brought a mobile phone from Sandeep Mobile Centre, Greater Noida on dated 8/11/17, IMEI NO-865427032887373, Battery No-A610Q4TO6C00 As per vivo norms, Company provide one year warranty from date of purchase.
Due to some manufacturing problem phone is not working properly from first day, I went to Vivo Service Centre, Sector -18, Noida many times but they are not entertaining my request. Now, my phone is not working properly and some black spot on the screen inside the phone and screen is not visible properly. I am facing a lot of problems with this mobile phone, I have waste my money, I Think so, what I can do for replace my mobile phone. Otherwise I will lose my money and never will I believe on Vivo and you also. Many times I saw you show, which impress me to complain with you & you can take an action or you can forward my complain to Vivo mobile. Just I want to solve my problems.
