VODAFONE AUSTRALIA.

I am sure every one in Australia is well aware of the Vodafone Coverage which is exceptionally poor and in some areas there is very little or no coverage but Vodafone is asking their customers to pay for what they are failing to deliver such as Coverage and Customer Care. I also ask those who had lodged a complaint with TIO if their case Manager is either toby or Melissa who does not reveal their Surnames Please refuse to talk to them and ask for another Case Manager.
I invite those Vodafone Customers who are in contract with Vodafone to Please ask Vodafone to release them from Contract as Vodafone is in breach of agreement by providing very little or no coverage> normal practice is that Vodafone will refuse the release but than I urge you to go to www.tio.com.au and lodge a Complaint against Vodafone Poor Coverage and seel you should be released from the contract.
I also urge that you to ask for full refund for what you pay for you plan each month. Why Vodafone should be paid for what is not delivered.
Vodafail should with out delay release their customers from contractual obligations as vodafail is in breach of their contractual obligations. I also ask the NSW Telecommunication to intervene with out any delay and declare all the contracts Invalid and customers should be released with out any penalty.

All those who are having bad experience with Vodafone are encouraged to share with others on Google and any bad Experience with Melissa and Toby from Vodafone TIO team should name and shame them too. I shall be sharing my experience with Melissa and toby real soon , will post on google, here and all the other search engines, will post a letter I received from Melissa she got upset because toby got upset. I again urge if any happens to deal with Melissa or Toby please refuse to speak to them.

Most Important point is that vodafail has no right to charge for what is not delivered.
I wrote the truth on Vodafone blog and it was immediately removed by Cynthia from Vodafone forum Support which means I have been deprived from my Democratic right Freedom of Speech and indicates Vodafail has started to panic.

I Request the TIO to immediately intervene and have all vodafail customers released from their contractual Obligations as Vodafone is in breach of their Contractctual obligations.
I sincerely hope that TIO will intervene. I am in the process of arranging a protest out side TIO office and encourage who want to Join please leave a message for me

I am writing here about the exceptionally poor Vodafone Coverage. it in my opinion means that Vodafone is failing to deliver what they should to their Customer, since Vodafone customers are having Coverage issues.,encourage those effected to ask Vodafone to release them from Contract by not providing Coverage in my Opinion Vodafone is in breach of their contractual obligations. If Vodafone fails to accept your request than I encourage all to go Telecommunication ombudsman and lodge a formal complaint .once the complaint is lodged you will be contacted by a Case manager from Vodafone Australia, simply ask the case Manager to release you from the contractual obligations as Vodafone is in breach of the contract by not providing good Coverage. there is also a class action against Vodafone. I encourage all those effected to Join the class action .
