still charging for a cancelled phone line

I have cancelled two phone lines 1 in February 2011 and one in August 2011 however they are still charging me for the lines!! I have contacted them numerous times. The bills were paid by direct debit and they continued to take the money, so they have grossly overcharged me. I cancelled the direct debit and they are still chasing me for outstanding monies of a line that doesn’t exist. I'm fed up of wasting my time talking to morons at the call centre; I have asked to speak so supervisors etc... to be told they don't have any.. please!! I'm getting so annoyed and frustrated and don't know what to do next any help you can shed on this problem would be gratefully received.
