Boy talk about smooth selling people. They should be called the surprise people. They advertise a cruise that includes airfare, then they surprise you with flight tax charges plus they add airfare booking fees. Then they add more "surprises" pre/post tour package and then the pre/post tour package & pre/post meal package the above amounted to over $1000. 2 nights in a hotel for $658, wow. The sad part is that they present a LDS image then slam you with charges. I canceled within 60 days for a trip still a year away and they charged us $1200. Never and never again, don't use them. BBB complaint and small claims court will be done.

I was on the Glenn Beck tour but I WENT WITH Ducar and had great service. We of course joined with the other group at the events, and heard really bad reports about their service. One couple actually left the tour and used other hotels and a rental car to get around in because the accommodations were so low grade. I was thinking of booking with them because they seem to be the only ones right now who have the details on the Dallas tour. But now that i know this is the same group that so many in Israel had trouble with, I am going to wait and see.
