Vpost

Purchase sent by USA merchant to my VPost USA address and item duly signed for by VPost staff on 17th December 2013. Item mismatched with another customer. I submitted my invoice to prove purchase and ownership on 19th December and have yet to receive my item. I was told many stories each time I call - item still in VPost USA waiting for USA staff to match to my account, item in VPost Singapore warehouse, item with Singapore customer and VPost will try to retrieve it. Whatever the story, I have no definite news on when I can expect my item. I have spent a lot of time on the phone with VPost staff, sending email enquiries and begging to speak to some supervisory staff who can give me a definite answer. No luck so far. My item is still not with me. Please advise on how I can receive my item soon. Thank you for your kind assistance.

Missing item

I purchased something online and had it delivered to my VPost USA shipping services. Merchant's tracking shows product signed for by VPost USA office staff on 17th December 2013. When it did not show in my account, I called VPost Singapore on 19th December and was advised that item had been mismatched to another customer's account. The officer advised me to submit an email enclosing copy of my invoice to prove purchase and ownership. I did so immediately and was advised to wait for three business days for item to be matched to my account. When I called back three business days later, I was advised that the item had been forwarded to the customer whose account had been mismatched with my item. The officer advised me that VPost Singapore would retrieve item from the customer. I waited three more business days and was subsequently advised that item is still in VPost USA and to give them another three business days to sort things out. I am told a different story by different officers manning the VPost hotline each time I call. I am not interested in any more stories. Please just advise me on how I can receive my item. If it has been lost, please arrange for me to be compensated. I have already wasted a lot of time and effort to track down something that I have already paid for with hard-earned money. Thank you for your kind assistance in a matter that has been unnecessarily protracted and grossly mishandled by VPost.
