or what ever name they want to point fingers at...Processed a Full Refund to our Guests with out our authorization and Outside of our cancelation agreement. They pulled $2,100.00 out of our bank account with out any authorization from us and charged service fees and still has the week reserved for the customer that canceled outside of our 90 day cancelation refund policy. After I contacted VRBO all I got was "Pass the Buck" to different companies I had to contact. Now they tell me there is nothing they can do and I need to "Go After the Guest" to get my money back. It appears to be fraud when the guests agree to the contract you are paying VRBO Home Away for the service and VRBO HomeAway RentPayment Yapstone Processes a Full Refund against our contract and still has the week the customer originally booked reserved. This is now costing us the loss of a full week
rental income plus service charges and overdraft fees. All against the contract the customer agreed to on VRBO. If the guest did not agree to the terms of the rental they would not be able to move forward with the booking. This is deceitful practice! VRBO HomeAway apparently deceive the Owners to believe that the contract that the guests agree to will be upheld. But based on what transpired, it is clear its just smoke and mirrors. This needs to be investigated for Fraud on the multitude of companies VRBO HOMEAWAY YAPSTONE RENTPAYMENT push blame over to. No one should have access to your bank account for refunds without Proper cause and investigation.
