Dear Sir/Madam.

My company has not been involved in doing any work in the past years and I have been submitting my tax returns at SARS and only to find out that when I applied for the Letter Of Good Standing they told me that I owe the Dept of Labour a certain amount of money now I want to know how does it happen and for small companies to survive how will it happen because the industry is full of developed cc. Now I have some work that I want to tender for and my stumbling block is to pay this huge amount of money whereas I have not worked before. Why not merger the SARS and Dept of Labour when coming to this issues. Help me I need the Letter of Good Standing -urgently so. One last thing is that I did fax the letter of Good Standing whilst it was still valid to no avail no response I did receive from the Dept until it expired.
