09/01 HIRED,.UNIT MANAGER lANDON rEID TOOK ME TO lAMUQUE tX UNIT OF WAFFLEHOUSE TO MEET dISTRIC MANAGER sTEVEN TO GO TO HOUSTON TO TRAIN FOR DAY 1,DAY 2 I RECIEVED A TEXT THAT UNIT 1260 MGR.LANDON WOULD PICK ME UP SAME AS DAY BEFORE.HE DID NOT SHOW. Was told that I had a week to wait to finish day 2 of training.that SaturdayDISTRICT MANAGER sTEVEN CALLED 6AM SAYING MY EXPERIENCE WAS OUTSTANDING AND A WAY AROUND wafflehouse policy he and landon knew.Irecieved no time clock code,name tag,or I-9 formtax form or present documents to manager as per the Us Patriot act{federal offense]now first pay day of training was for that purpose m of paper work.my manager Landon Reid told me he had my time documented on 5th day of employment.i asked lets compare figures.i keep track of everything...he tapped the side of his head as its in my brain.pay day check short and 35%tax rate??long story short Your Unit manager and Distric manager BROKE COMPANY POLICY7 TIMES IN DIFFERNT AERAS AND IM BEING EBICTED FOR RENT DUE...IM ENGAGED WITH LEGAL COUNSAL.....O.S.H.A.S. EMPLOYER VIOLATIONS DEPARTMENT. THE U.S. ethicspoint has my complaint filed,i support kids on my own and being evicted by the overcharge of taxes 179.00was to be my final pay but 35%..62.50 taken out???
