unable to request reimbursement of my funds
WageWorks is the vendor my company utilizes to process Dependent Care Flex Spending Account. I have funds in my account and no one at WageWorks can figure out how to allow me to access the funds. I have repeatedly called WageWorks to discuss the account, and receive a different answer everytime I call. Their customer service associates are never of any assistance. They currently hold approximately $600 in an account of funds I contributed, but will not allow me to request the funds be paid to me directly or indirectly to the provider of services.
