wageworks embezzles money.
wageworks deposited money ($580) into a bank account that was no longer mine and bank account information was updated in my wageworks account. I called wage works next business day to inform that money was deposited into a wrong bank account and I was promised by the hotline this issue would be resolved immediately and I should not worry. Nothing happened. I called s second time 8 weeks later, I informed the hotline again what happened and again I was ensured it would be resolved to my satisfaction. Nothing happened. In my third call to wageworks, I was informed that the money has been cleared and that wageworks could do nothing. In fact, there was never a situation, where wageworks could have done anything.
I am quite puzzled, how money gets deposited into wrong bank accounts and hotline lies to you with no intention to help you but to peace you. I am sure that wage works cannot be trusted with my money or health information.
