I am very disappointed working with this company. DOT/FAA switched to Wageworks to provide FSA reimbursements. There was a backout period of almost six weeks. My explanation of benefits from my insurance company showed I should receive a reimbursement of over $1000. I received the reimbursement and then Wageworks sent a very generic email stating there was an overpayment, no other details except to check the website. Checking the website there was no other information provided. I sent a secure communication via their website to which the tell me to call them. Why can't they provide information about my account on their secure website. I finally called, spent 30 minutes on the phone for them to tell me I need to submit receipts, all info on the account said no receipts required.
Why was getting an answer so tough? Why couldn't they provide me this information on my account? They are really good at giving you the run around. OPM hired Wageworks to administer Flex Spending account management, why are they allowing Wageworks to take advantage of their federal employee clients?
