This is the second time in just over 3 years that money has been taking from our account and played to someone else's account bills. We received a letter both times from wageworks stating that the funds have been refunded to us. But this time wageworks took it upon themselves to cancel our card and them blame my husband's employer. When they were confronted on a conference call with the employer & my husband, then they admitted fault. Promised to get a new card out to us within 14 days. Here we are 3 weeks later & no card. Called yesterday & they said"that they never even ordered it". This has been going on for months. We get nothing but a run around. Before they finally admitted this their fault, they assured me that our original card was good & we could access our funds. Only after having rejected at the dentist did find it hadn't been fixed. So called passed me around from person to person. Then only to be to be they have now fixed the problem yet again. Then I mail in a larger doctor Bill only to receive a letter saying that the card has been denied AGAIN! Call again! They said another 14 days! They first stole over $760 from our account & now holding it hostage! Terrible customer service & everyone acts like they don't know anything. We just keep getting the run around!
