Prices for same drug different Walmart stores

Tried to get rx filled in Ashland it was going to be $495.67 for a drug I have had filled for a year and a half for $13.22. I called the Walmart in the county and they sell it for $13.22 I called the Ashland store and told them reply was then by it in the county. I even gave my insurance cards to the Ashland store and asked to have them rerun the order people talk about how poorly the Ashland store is run and they have a judge turn over

Wal-Mart Pharmacy Evening Staff n Pharmacist

Third time or more pickup for elderly parent having lack of service from a small female cashier who speaks Spanish as a native tongue. She request name, DOB loudly in front of other customers, repeating and fails to find the order three times. Sends me out of line to window girl who sees order, sends me back to the end of the line, telling me to ask her to request assistance from another if continues. Back to same register, same woman who now gives a sly, unfriendly smirk and with one attempt without assist easily finds order. Girl at the other window knows my parents DOB without input. This repeats or sends me away only to be called in the same hour to state order now ready. All grin widely without warmth on return so yeah shift team work is successful. Pharmacist in back is guarded never friendly after working on evening shift as initially was normal in attitude but no longer as if under a third party influence? Called pharmacist yesterday questioning 20 qty liquid non-narcotic medication fill. Stated usually comes in 240 mls. He loudly disagrees on phone comes in a PINT verbatim though no meds come standard but metric. Ask him if he knows how many MLS in a pint and states med always ordered in pints wherein he laughs and can hear more background laughing. Ask him to confirm order quantity and states 20 MLS is quantity. Will have to question order myself with physician as cannot rely on pharmacist who uses standard measurements instead of metric and thinks my statement hilarious enough to share with staff.

hateful employees and pharmacist lies for them!

As is often par for this pharmacy, my prescription were not filled as ordered. I placed my order this time four days in advance, then called the day before to ensure my order was filled as ordered. I spoke with an extremely rude and hateful woman who patronized me and ignored me like it beneath her to help me. Sure enough, when I arrived today to pick up my order, it was not complete, I was told I could not have the test strips I ordered and given a completely bogus excuse, by the same rude, hateful thing I spoke with the day before. I said just give me the rest of my prescription I am not going to argue with you. She then began screaming at me about the test strips and medicare and she had no idea what she was talking about as it had all been cleared months before by my doctor, but that didn't matter to that nasty woman. Then I finally got what was supposed to be the remainder of my prescriptions, and after I walked away, I picked up the bag and NO, I still did not have all of them as I had ordered, missing my euthyroxin, so I had to go back. Now the pharmacist, some blonde woman begin yelling at me trying to make it all my fault they are incompetent. When I pointed out that I had called the order in 4 days prior to give them time to get it right and then called and spoke to the rude hateful thing, before driving 40 miles in to pick it up, an order I was assured was as ordered, and asked how exactly is it I am at fault? Well, well, your mean. So, she just told me that my order was intentionally messed up because they don't like men, and now I can count on my orders being once again a disaster every month and told me I better check all my prescription from now on. After 15 years of putting up with just this kind of crap, have to check every prescription for correctness, quantity (because apparently they can't multiply 3 pills a days for a 30 day prescription is 90 pills not 30) or short counts, my levothyroxin would come up short 3-5 pills every month. After I straightened out the pharmacist this go around, she finally admitted there was no reason to not give me my test strips and failed to understand why my euthyroxin and the test strips were not in my package. I still left with NO TEST STRIPs TO CHECK MY BLOOD SUGAR. I told her, it costs me an 80 mile trip to fix their mistakes, she could care less.
Why is it so hard to hire decent, competent, and kind people to work at this pharmacy? I am 70 years old, I am disabled so getting around is difficult and extremely painful for me, hence the reason I only do it once every 30 days and the worst part of my monthly trip is walmart and the pharmacy!!!!! I now no longer shop groceries at walmart, there is never anything on the shelves and produce is one step up from refuse in this store, not to mention awful employees that treat customers like crap. This place has serious issues!!!!!!
By the way, when I finally finished with these hateful things at the pharmacy, customers (8) waiting line clapped for me telling them off. Two even approached me while I was in the check out line, stating those women are horrible people. Few people go there who are not disgusted with this pharmacy.

Rude Pharmacist

I was in Walmart Neighborhood today March 9th, 2021 in Abilene, Texas. I was shopping near the medication department when I saw the female pharmacist started to talk abusive to one of her employees. I wanted to go say something to the manager of that store, but I did not have time due to I was heading back to work. I am changing to another location to pick up my medication.

Prescriptions only?

I am a diabetic and receive all my prescriptions from the Wooster Walmart Pharmacy. They have just started bringing the prescriptions out to car at this Walmart. I do get my syringes and insulin viles from this Walmart without a prescription. I was told since they are not prescribed medicine, they could not be delivered to the car.

I am not understanding this. It still has to go through the pharmacy and it is needed medicine. The associate was firm stating I must come inside to get this. The whole idea for me is to stay out because of the COVID-19.

I'm confused and concerned.

improperly injected vaccine

Approximately three years ago I was placed on anti biotics to treat a puncture wound infection under my right thumb nail. Was advised to get a tetanus shot by my doctor. Walmart was the nearest pharmacy so that is where I followed my doctor's advice. A Walmart pharmacist filled the antibiotic prescription and administered a tetanus shot in my upper left arm. My wife was waiting for me and my first words to here was "That is the weirdest feeling shot I have ever received!" It felt as though my arm had been injected with foam. Within an hour my arm became discolored, badly swollen and very tender from shoulder to my palm. I went back to the pharmacy and was told by the Walmart pharmacists that I was experiencing an allergic reaction. Was advised to go home, ice the arm down and take Advil. Fortunately for me I had a follow up appointment with my physician the following day to examine the progress on the thumb infection he was treating. He had a scan run on my left forearm which revealed two blood clots in my circulatory system. Was immediately placed on blood thinner and made near daily visits to the doctor who monitored my progress. During my earliest follow up visit was diagnosed with severe atrial fibulation and advised to continue on blood thinner which in itself carries considerable risk. Walmart staff was dismissive although they did say that Walmart would provide a limited amount of blood thinner (only Warfarin) at no charge. Otherwise they went into a defensive mode and refused to talk with me after I requested that they visit with an attorney who specializes in dealing with the federal entity which compensates for cases of vaccine related health issues. (no monetary threat to Walmart). Without Walmart's cooperation my effort has been in vain. My medical bills continue to mount without any relief from either Walmart or the federal agency. I am curious to know if anyone else has had any similar experience with Walmart. The concluding consensus of numerous primary care persons that I know ( both doctors and nurses) is that the Walmart pharmacist failed to check ("pull back") to make sure he was not injection the tetanus vaccine into a blood vessel. His carelessness has very negatively effected the quality of my life as well as having cost me significant ongoing medical expenses.

I am hoping to find others who also have had very negative experience with Walmart vaccine injections.

Had To Change Pharmacy

Dear Sir or Madame, I recently had to change Pharmacies due to an issue with my pain medicine. I have had terrible issues in the past with side effects with Amneal brand oxycodone. I am a 59 year old woman with advanced RA and I also have many issues with drug sensitivities. A few months ago I was picking up my prescription and then leaving directly for Philadelphia for several appointments over a period of a few days. I understand that the controlled substance act is very strict and my Doctor always makes sure he has my script in at least 3 to 5 days prior to the fill date and manager Amy Wolf orders KVK brand specially for me as I HAVE had bad reactions to Amneal brand in the past.. When I arrived to pick up my medicine at 9:15 so I could make it to Philadelphia on time, the Pharmacist on duty( Jody) informed me that my KVK had been dispensed to another customer and all that was available was Amneal brand. I had checked in with Amy 3 days prior to my fill date and we were good to go. Jody told me that my KVK was unavailable so I could "take it or leave it"...and by the way she wasn't very nice or apologetic, in fact it was rude. As I was leaving town that morning, I was left with no choice as this is not a medication that can be stopped abruptly. I had already taken my morning dose(KVK) but when I took the first dose of the Amneal that afternoon I immediately started to have stomach upset and within 30 minutes my heart began to race, I felt disoriented and dizzy and as I was, thankfully, at University of Penn Medical in center city Philadelphia I had access to medical attention. In fact I was at my fiancee's pain management Doc who told me that this is not an uncommon reaction to Amneal Brand Oxycodone. Amneal has several manufacturing facilities overseas and also different manufacturers use a variety of fillers which they are not required to disclose. ( I actually had sent a full bottle into the FDA about 5 years ago. I was appalled to discover that the FDA found dry wall, blue paint and fentynol in it in addition to oxycodone. The lady from the FDA explained to me that they do not have the resources to test every lot of medications especially if they are manufactured outside of the U.S.) Anyway We had to cancel reschedule our appointment and return home that evening. I had a really bad time of it for almost 2 weeks, and although a different pharmacist said that I could check with other Walmarts in my area to see if they may have had a different brand, they all told me that they do not disclose that kind of information. I finally talked to a supervisor at one location and she did tell me that the only brand that would be available from your distributor going forward would be Amneal. I DO want you to know that AMY Wolf, Nick, Roweida, Theresa, Renee and ALL the employees at Tilden Ridge in Hamburg are GREAT!!! I have only had 3 issues and all of them were temps or fill ins except for the incident with Jody. In fact they have gone above and beyond for both myself and my man. Amy caught a BIG mistake on the part of a doctor post op that could have killed my man. In fact probably would have as it was a massive dose of an opiate. Amy always has gone out of her way for us and because of my med sensitivities she ALWAYS double checks. Nick been really great too. It saddens me to have to leave, but as I said my medicine will no longer be available through Walmart. I thank Amy and the entire staff for all of the years of great service and wish them all the very best. Sincerely, Beth Hall

Poor customer service

On Monday November 11, 2019, I called in two prescriptions to be picked up after 2 pm that day. When I went to the store after 4pm that same day. They had one of them filled because they were out of the other and would get it in the next day. I waited until that Thursday to go pick it up. I live over 13 miles to the store, I am retired, 73 years old, live off of SS and a small company retirement check, so I wait until I have to go to town to get things done to save me trips to the stores. Well they did not have it filled and the pharmacist said that I had already picked it up and I told him that I called in two refills and they were out of one and would get it in that Tuesday. They should have filled it and had it ready for me. The n he said do you want me to fill it. I called it in to be filled, so yes, but I will be back in a day or two to get it. He then said that they can only hold it for a certain number of days. I do not know why he would say something as stupid as that. This is not the first time something like this has happen at this store. I could go on with several different times this store has screw up mine and my wife prescriptions, but I do not feel like writing a book. One time I took in a prescription from the Doctor that had two prescriptions on it and guess what they only filled one of them and acted like that was the only one on it. After round and round with him, he finally looked at the prescription and saw the second one on it. How simple was that? Plus I take a sleeping pill, so that I can get some sleep. Sometimes I get the prescription send in from the Doctor three or four days before I run out, but they say it is too soon to fill it. Come on people, help your customers out. There are so many other times I could write about, but like I said, I do not want to write a book. Please let me know if customer service can be improved at this store or do I need to go to some place else.

Electronic Prescription

Pharmacy, Bemiss, Valdosta, GA

Went to Drug Drop Off Window to check status of scrip sent via Electronic from Dr. Office. Tech said not here. I called the Drs. Office in front of Tech, Office stated Sent Electronically. Time: 4:55 PM I told tech the Dr. Office looked in my chart, Scrip sent Electronically, my appointment was 3:30 PM. Tech response not here. I stated you have my cell call me when Scrip received. I will be in the store. Time 5 PM. Dr. Office closes at 5 PM. He repeated my phone number. Received no call that scrip received. Went back to same tech and he checked and stated no scrip. Time 5:40 PM. I said check the other Walmart Pharmacy. He did. No Scrip. I live 20 miles from Walmart, the city of Stockton, GA. I decided I have been in Walmart with no success of getting my Scrip. I proceeded to drive home. Georgia has a law no cell phone usage while driving. My phone rings at 5:49 PM, Drug at Walmart lights up my screen. Now who is telling me "stories", the Drs. Office or the Tech?

Pharmacy Associate

I have been filling my prescriptions with Walmart for many years. I previously lived in Monroe and filled them at the Neighborhood Market on 18th Street. At that Walmart, the pharmacist knew me by name and was always nice and even went as far as to call to let me know he went ahead and pre ordered my medicine so it would be ready by my refill date. At the Ruston, LA Supercenter, the pharmacists are usually very nice, but they do have a few pharmacy associates or techs that are very rude and will not talk kindly to customers and are always in a hurry. Not to mention, this walmart always has such a delay that it could take 12 hours to fill a prescription. Which I can only assume costs Walmart some money. I have been wanting to issue a complaint, but given them the benefit of the doubt, knowing they are busy. UNTIL TODAY, I use the walmart app to refill for convenience. Which I do agree is very convenient, but I received an alert that there was a delay or issue with the refill. I called the pharmacy and the tech that I spoke with was very rude even upon answering the phone, placed me on hold for several minutes after hearing what I was calling about. She then came back on the line and said insurance would not pay for it yet, I asked her if I could pay out of pocket and she said yes, it will be $85.61. I questioned that and then asked if I refilled the correct one, she told me what it was and I said no I meant the lesser mg tablet. She then told me very rudely, I do not have any refills for that. I told her yes I did I had 4 refills of that one, she argued and argued and I finally told her I would go on the app refill it myself and then call her back to let her know. She stated "OK!" and hung up in my face. I understand Walmart is a large pharmacy and store and has a lot of business but at no times should an employee make a customer feel bad about calling, that I am inconveniencing the pharmacy. I am doing this complaint, but am guessing it will not go anywhere or may not even be read and for that I am also complaining directly to the store. This employee should not speak to any other customers this way or me again for that matter.

Refused to Fill Prescription

Benny, the Pharmacist at the Nob Hill Pharmacy refused to fill my Prescriptions written by my Primary Doctor saying he's a Doctor too and the amount of pain medication was to much. He further said that he called my Doctor and since this is a chronic condition, not a short term he would fill one of them but asked me what I was going to do with the second prescription and I said I would take it to another Pharmacy then he refused to fill either one of the two. I went home and called Humana who called him (since I have been taking them for years, same amount same prescription) and they were shocked he would not hear any more about it and refused to fill them. Humana called a few other Pharmacies and found a couple who did have them in stock and would have no problem filling them. Walmart, you have a problem and he goes by the name of Benny.

Couldn't be bothered!

03/15/19. I arrived at the pharmacy, after receiving an email notification that my prescriptions (2) were ready. The technician told me that she only had one prescription for me. I let her know that I have requested two; she then reiterated that she only had one and that I should speak with the pharmacist. The Orange haired female pharmacist was less that pleased to bothered with such mundane work as speaking to customers...and it showed. I told her that I had requested two prescriptions and I only received one. The Orange haired female pharmacist said, "What about it?" I told her again my problem and after 30 seconds of thought, she decided to look up my profile to discover that I did indeed have another prescription due. She tells me it will be 20 minutes, because customer service is optional. I then waited 30 minutes and by sheer accident they decided I have waited long enough. I have had numerous problems with the technical staff at this Charleston, IL Walmart pharmacy...they seem to think, like the Orange haired female pharmacist, that customer service it optional and not worth the energy.

Walmartt Pharmacy Failed to fill a script in timely manner

On 2/27/119 I had a surgery done, was hospitalized and on the 28th around 930 I was released. My doctor sent a pain script before I was released and was to pick up script on my way home. I was never texted that the script was ready, I called them and they said it wasn't filled yet and they would text me when it was done. I had to go 24 hours without my pain meds.. I called them om 3/1/19 @ 940 am and Cindy said it that is wasn't filled yet that they just got the script which was a total lie. After I hung up and it wasn't 10 minutes and I received a text it was ready.
I spoke with the male manager pharmacist and he said that they were really busy on the 28th and yes he said it was sent on the 28th by my doctor. but the people in the store get theirs filled first. Was told not to drive for 3 days but I wasn't going without my script so I went after it. This is horrible customer service and this isn't the first time when my med or meds, excuse was no one dropped them into the query to get filled. I'm at the end of my rope with problems at this store. This more than likely goes on more then with just me I'm sure.

The only reason I hadn't changed stores or a different company is because of the very sweet and caring cashier. I can't remember her first name but she is younger than myself and African young lady that should be given an award for her great customer service.

Non Medical at checkout

Walmart in Walla Walla normally has a long line sometimes more than a 1/2 hour wait. People that bring a cart of non medical type items to the pharmacy counter to be rung up with their prescription while sick people try to pick up there medications is a disgrace. Now I do think a couple of things that are in that area like over the counter medications is understandable but lets get this taken care of. It would really get those sick people back home faster so they are feeling better.

incompetency

On October 16, 2018 a prescription from my doctor for a SUPREP BOWEL PREP KIT was sent to The WalMart Pharmacy located on Grand Caillou Road ((985) 917-0121. When I attempted to pick it up at 5pm I was told it was not ready, so I waited until the following day and at 1:15pm on 10/17/2018 when I tried to pick it up again I was told I needed to speak to someone because again the item was not ready. When I spoke to another person she informed me that it was not ready because they didn't know if I had insurance or if I wanted it inferring that the cost was $105 and seem that it may be prohibitive for me to buy it. I assured her that I wanted the prescription and I would come back and pick it up. The kit is a boxed item and when I went back for a third time at 3pm it still was not ready so I spoke to Leo a WalMart Assistant Manager and finally with his help was able to get the prescription I needed. We have been using the WalMart Pharmacy (in Laurel, Ms) for the last 6 years and just recently moved to Houma, La. We are both in our late 70's and due to some medical problems will be on prescribed medication for the rest of our lives. If this is the way this pharmacy treats their customers someone in your organization should check this pharmacy out.

Treatment by the head pharmacist

My 85 year old mother went to pick up her oxycodene today. She approached the window and at first was told there was no prescription waiting. We verified prior to coming that the prescription was called in for pickup on the 4 th. As she was trying to explain that it had to be there and that they mixed it up last month, the head pharmacist started talking really loud from back of the pharmacy. He told her to take her prescriptions elsewhere and cannot come back to his store to pick up any prescriptions etc. I am now wondering if we need to pull all her prescriptions or was this a threat. I spoke to other people waiting and they were appalled at how he was speaking so everyone could here which was very humiliating.and rude. It put her in tears. All of sudden lo and behold he found the prescription which was there all the time. Instead of apologizing he told her to come back later and it will be filled.
I think the man’s name is Randy Deal. This is not the first time we have had trouble at this location. Also in controlled substances she has always talked with the pharmacist when picking up her medicine, this was not done today as I am sure he didn’t want to apologize. She is very upset and I think an apology is in order. I am hoping this type of conduct is not acceptable by corporate policies. My mom has always gone to Walmart pharmacies for over 7 years and have never had a problem till moving here. Sincerely, Laura

pharmacy

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am so completely emotionally distraught and frustrated from my recent Walmart Shelby Twp Mi 23 mile rd pharmacy experience earlier today (7-8pmish) that I feel compelled to write about my dissatisfaction, despite the Pharmacists insinuation that my complaint won’t change anything as I will be wasting my time even further. I feel the world is too full of people carrying the ‘I am untouchable at my job’ attitude, who can behave any way they choose without repercussions! I will NEVER shop at Walmart again! I repeat, I will NEVER EVER shop at walmart again, and here is why…

Had a Doctor appointment earlier in the day, and several scripts were sent in to walmart. Before I ever left my house, I called to verify the status and accuracy of the scripts. I have had MANY problems in the past, so this seemed like a wise move, especially because half of the scripts were not even showing when I logged in to my walmart pharmacy account online. I SPECIFICALLY asked TWICE about my percocet, because not only was it not showing up online, my Doctor made a mistake while filling it during my appointment, cancelling a three-a-day and sending in a 4-a-day script. The lady on the phone ASSURED me the script not only was received, but filled already for pickup!

Of course, when I wasted my time and money to commute to the store to pickup my prescriptions, of which there were 8 EXPENSIVE and profitable scripts I get EVERY month included in my order, there was NOT any for percocet. Normally, there is a line and a long wait at this 23 mile Shelby Twp store. I have had to wait over 25 min MORE THAN ONCE to pickup prescriptions. First, I was chastised because I did not have the name of the person I talked to prior to coming in, after I politely explained I called to confirm before I ever left, and SPECIFICALLY asked about the percocets because of so many problems I have had before. Then, the chief pharmacist guy gets involved, and tells me he received an order for 3 a day and one for four a day, and wouldn’t/couldn’t fill either one until he got WRITTEN confirmation mailed from my Doctor. Apparently your pharmacist left my Doctor a message. THEN, he starts chastising me in a condescending tone about how I should have a couple pills left over from my previous month anyways, and how its not HIS problem I wasted my time coming in, even though I called to confirm before hand.

I am tired of being treated like some junkie drug addict by your unprofessional staff, and in fact, all the current politics involving opiates these days should not be the customer’s problem. I have legitimate approval and scripts from a legit Doctor, and I am a regular repeat monthly customer of the same scripts - why do these people treat me like some junkie kid filling phony scripts all over town? I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at walmart - NO MORE! I mentioned I would be calling to complain, he was like ‘whatever’ no apology, no sorry for your inconvenience - more like I was bothering HIM…

Goodbye walmart, hello meijers or krogers. I had to waste my time walking to a bus stop, going to the store, only to be told somebody lied to me on the phone, that I was being unreasonable wanting my scripts, and that covering their own ass over stupid red tape is worth losing a customer. I said, look at my history, I have been getting 4 a day for over a year. I explained the doctor made an error and sent in the corrected amount, yet his screen did not show a cancel for the first order. Was there some problem with him just cancelling the first order? The REAL problem was his attitude, one lacking ANY compassion or concern over my inconvenience, and insinuating in his judgement I was in the wrong for even trying to get percocet…

I wish I could say I feel better after venting, but I do not even wish to finish pointing out my other negative experiences. Life goes on. You lose one customer, who knows how many more will be made to feel like shit by your employees and stop shopping at walmart?

I wish I could say I feel better after venting, but I do not even wish to finish pointing out my other negative experiences. Life goes on. You lose one customer, who knows how many more will be made to feel like shit by your employees and stop shopping at walmart?

Pharmacist has a terrible attitude

Angie, pharmacist has a terrible attitude and disposition when communicating with come customer. My fill RX expired. In sharing that simply explanation she raised her voice in a negative way. I don't need this type of interaction. I will take my business to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy

I accompanied my husband to drop off a prescription, we were told a price of around $100 dollars, 30 minutes later after we did some shopping he went to pick up his medicine while I paid for the groceries. He comes back and said he was charged close to $200 I thought there must be a mistake so I went to pharmacy and told them it was too much and that I wanted a refund. First they said that if I had leave store they couldn't , which I said we didn't he had paid about 2 minutes ago. after that they said that they could only give us a refund if he had insurance but since he didn't they wouldn't take medication back. that for us was discriminating, unfair treatment for those that for some reasons cant afford to pay medical insurance. Worst experience with Walmart ever, From now on I will never fill a prescription in a Walmart store/

Prescription Refil

My Doctor called in a Rx 0n 3/30/2015 fir Digoxin .25 tablets WES Qty 30 with 2 refills. The Rx was filled at the Albert Pike Walmart location. The Rx was 10 tablets short so when I called in a refill request they said the 10 tablets would be included in the refill. The refill Rx was over $44 but the original was $28.93.
I questioned the Pharmacist (Scott) & he told me that this was a Tablet from a different manufacturer and the cost was higher. I asked for the less expensive brand but he said it was Walmarts policy to sell the higher priced one. The 10 tablets I was shorted were in a separate container and were the WES brand. I refused the Rx.
The next day 4/15/2015 I went to your Central Ave location and they filled the Rx with the WES brand. No problem there.
I have had a problem with Scott in the past and believe he has a problem with anyone who questions him about Rx`s..

Prescriptions mess up

I've been getting my prescriptions from the same Walmart in Spokane, Washington for 5/6 years now and I think I can count on one hand the number of times your pharmacy has actually gotten it done correctly and drama free. My husband and I live entirely in Social Security Disability and have no insurance other than Medicare Part D, always order our medications at least 3 days in advance of the 1st of each month, and pay cash. I must live by Walmart rules, I must pay at pick up which isn't always easy and as long as I do that you won't pick up your marbles and go home.
Some time in February or March I tripped on a gigantic industrial rug in my regular Walmart store that had been badly placed. I just did a 10.0 face plant just inside the door after tripping over the aforementioned rug where the corner had worked it's way over the door jam. You can probably check if you call the Colton Walmart because they made a report. Although I am 60 nothing was broken and I went ahead with my business. I did wind up going to an er because a pulled muscle made it hard to breath. I could be sitting here today waiting for my settlement to come in but I made a decision not to go that way. Instead I am sitting here hoping that I don't have to spend 30 or 40 minutes extra browsing around while things are made correct. I thinks it's the least you can do after my saving you from the very real pain of sending me a check every month.
Thank you for taking the time to listen. I hope you will at least do me the courtesy of letting me know you got this. I shall continue doing my regular shopping at your stores but I'm not waiting another 5/6 years to see if you're going to make a few changes. I appreciate your cooperation.

Prescriptions mess up

Over this past summer, I had a baby, and due to medical negligence, I got a terrible infection. Anyhow, after my first round of antibiotics were done, I had to go get does 2, so even though I wasn't feeling particulary well yet, I did need some things at Wal-Mart, and I did need my scripts' so I figured I'd kill 2 birds with one stone. Basically, I did overexert myself at Wal-Mart, I had just had a baby two weeks prior, I was recovering from a terrible infection, and yet I was throwing around a 20 pound bag of cat food and a 30 pound bag of dog food..anywho, it was time to turn in the prescriptions once I was done shopping. I go to the drop-off window where an older woman is just finishing up (so I know the pharmacist saw me). The old woman finished and the pharmacist is writing something down and looking at her computer screen..she didn't acknowledge me ONE TIME in the 15 MINUTES I was standing there, she nor I moved an inch! I couldn't believe how rude she was! I'm the type of person, who figured, well, I don't want to bother her, she looks busy, eventually she will get to me..but guess what, SHE DIDN'T, and she didn't even say hi, or say I'll be right there. Finally, I was just so mad that I left (I should've complained or been more assertive), but at that point I was so weak, and the antibiotics were so strong, they REALLY UPSET my stomach if you know what I mean. Anyhow, my granda has also mentioned that she hates that pharmacy..she says they always mess up her prescriptions, and that she has trouble getting there attention too.
