Fry Rd. # 4538 I was second customer standing in line to pick up Percription, another customer who was at refill window (wasn’t in line) walked over to cash register to be waited on. Evelyn (lady working at Walmart Pharmacy) told the lady who had just walked over to wait. Evelyn then waited on the lady in front of me. When she finished, she then waited on the lady standing at counter.
I walked up to counter then Evelyn told me to wait.
Yes, if this customer standing at counter had previous business with Evelyn, why didn’t Evelyn explain to both of us in line or why didn’t Evelyn ask the lady to get in line .
ALL CUSTOMERS should be treated equally & with respect
Evelyn, the customer standing at the counter and the first lady in line were Hispanic (I’m Black).
Now if I had not gotten in line and disrespected the lady in front of me, it would have been wrong
I go to this Pharmacy yay least once every other week, I’ve even been asked to sit on the bench while they check on something, no problem.
NO CUSTOMER deserve to come to a pharmacy and not feel special.
